The client is exploring how drone imagery and computer vision can be used to automate facade condition inspections of concrete apartment buildings. The goal is to reduce manual image review and detect damage such as weathering, cracks, and exposed reinforcement as accurately as possible.
Solution
Designing and building an experimental pipeline that analyzes drone imagery automatically in a cloud environment. The work covers image processing pipeline architecture, defining damage categories, building the annotation process, and comparing and integrating different computer vision models into an overall system that supports further evaluation.
Impact
The solution turns a large volume of unstructured image data into comparable, structured information. Automation speeds up reporting, improves the quality of condition inspections, and enables accurate long-term tracking of facade condition changes across buildings and inspection rounds.

Automating revenue calculation and invoicing for battery energy storage systems from complex external data (eSett).
Solution
Built a robust Python data pipeline, developed Finvoice 3.0 invoice automation, and implemented required extensions to the customer portal.
Impact
Minimized manual overhead and provided real-time transparency through automated revenue reporting.

Instead of individual UI elements, the goal was to create a unified, site-wide recommendation experience. My task was to ensure API performance and production readiness.
Solution
Improved model and FastAPI endpoint speed through caching (Redis) and logic optimizations. Introduced automatic type checking and improved testing practices for code quality. Also built comprehensive monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and configured infrastructure to auto-scale with load (GCP, Kubernetes).

Served as a hands-on technology leader. Managed recruitment, architecture, and best practices, while also coding numerous features in a full-stack TypeScript environment.
